With our panels, acoustic energy is not reflected or transmitted, but instead is dissipated inside the panel, reducing the noise level.
TECHNICAL DETAILS
The panel has the following components:
• Housing: made of galvanised, pre-lacquered steel sheeting, or aluminium sheeting.Support
Galvanised steel: Sendzimir system as per the EN 10142 and EN 10147 standards, with a 150 g/m2 sprayed zinc coating. Can be supplied with denser zinc layers to order. The pre-lacquered steel sheet has a surface coating based on:
• Polyester in the Basic System
• Siliconized polyester in the Super System.
• Polyvinyl difluoride in the PVDF System.
• Modified polyester in the Plastisol System.
• Special high resistance surface protections can be supplied to order.Aluminium alloy sheeting:
• Complies with the UNE 9003/3 standard in smooth or embossed finish, natural or pre-lacquered using the systems described above.• Insulating mineral wool core: the inorganic mineral wool used in our panels is ideal because:
• It is biosoluble.
• It cannot be attacked by insects, micro-organisms or fungi.
• It does not rot and does not absorb water.
• It is completely resistant to chemical agents.
• thanks to its carefully controlled composition, the material we use does not cause rust stains on metal surfaces.
• Our mineral wool is completely gap-free as only vibrated material is used.
• It does not contain asbestos or crystalline silicone.
• It is made in strips with the fibre at right angles to the support.
Our screens can be supplied in different standard RAL colours, offering an architectural design that fits in perfectly with the surroundings, as well as helping to prevent road accidents by using sections in different or alternating colours, helping to break with the visual monotony of driving.
